The team at Border Sheetmetal & Ducting has been assisting residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Wodonga for over 30 years. We specialise in fabricating custom heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) ductwork, as well as sheet metal and steel for a broad range of construction applications.
Equipped with industry-leading CNC plasma cutters and TDF flanging systems, you can count on our experienced team to manufacture and deliver your ventilation or construction materials on time. We welcome projects of all scales and scopes and have previously produced high-quality materials for Wodonga Woolworths, Coles/Kmart, and the Wagga Hospital.

Meet the Team
Steve
Steve is the owner and director of Border Sheetmetal & Ducting. Steve worked with the company for over 30 years before deciding to purchase it from Complex in 2016 with Jodie. He previously worked with an air conditioning company, where he first started making ducts for HVAC systems. He then began a sheet metal apprenticeship in 1986 and continued to move through the ranks at Complex, having served as Leading Hand, Production Manager and Project Manager and Estimator throughout his career.
Business Owners
Jodie
Jodie has more than 25 years’ administration experience and has worked in a wide variety of industries. She previously operated her own business and has developed a strong focus on OH&S and good manufacturing practices (GMP) since joining the manufacturing sector years ago. Jodie’s role in the company cannot be understated—her expertise has helped us to pilot a new factory and commission machinery from overseas. She also trains and leads staff, as well as writes standard operating procedures (SOP) for operations and maintenance.
